Ptolemaios is the mothership for Celestial Being's Gundam troops. It has four independent launch bay to deploy all four Gundams instantly. Ptolemaios itself is not armed and has a very limited energy to power the ship itself. It relies on the GN Drives of the Gundams to supply it with energy and to protect the ship.
In a battle with the UN Force, Ptolemaios is destroyed with two of it's crew killed while others evacuated.
